Phoenix Chemical Technologies we service our customers with necessary maintenance during oil expiration and production. We offer comprehensive evaluation of pipeline, flow line or production tubing to avoid failure. When this does occur, Phoenix Chemical Technologies is able to determine the root cause of the failure.

Corrosion Coupon Analysis – Scale and Corrosion coupons are metal rods with a known weight. Later they are removed, then removed and weighed again. The corrosion coupons are compared to their previous weight and from that we can determine the MPY (metal loss/year) which gives us a corrosion weight. These coupons are installed in flow lines and pipelines. They allow us to determine the MPY of that particular asset.

Scale Coupon Analysis – Weighted analysis installed in specific locations to determine the amount of scale build-up or used as a tool to demonstrate how well a scale treatment program is working. The scale coupons work the same way except that if they have scale deposition they will weigh more. Both are very good tools for monitoring as well as optimizing a chemical program if necessary. They can also be used to determine when a chemical program is absolutely necessary.

Water Analysis – Our water analyses are done here by Phoenix Chemical Technologies to provide BiCarbs, Dissolved CO2, Dissolved H2S, Chlorides, pH and specific gravity. We provide complete water analysis and wet bench capabilities.

Oil Analysis – complete oil analysis
