A newly developed, non-hazardous High & Low Gravity Solids (LGS) coalescer specifically formulated for use under standard oil-based and specific (non-bentonite) water-based mud drilling conditions. Recommended screen size is 140.

Performance:
HLGS has outperformed all other solids inhibiting products in actual field applications as well as independent laboratory testing. HLGS causes the high & low gravity solids to coalesce and “break-out” in the mud and “screen-out” across the shaker. In some cases HLGS has reduced diesel usage in oil-based operations by as much as 2/3 per day.

Handling:

• HLGS requires no special DOT documentation, on-site placarding or special personnel protective clothing or gear

Applications:

• HLGS can be utilized in surface drilling and throughout the hole.

Environmental Considerations:

• HLGS is an environmentally friendly formulation that can be utilized in almost any circumstance

Typical Treatment:

• 5 gallons per 12 hours. Optimized as user sees fit.
